Detailed parameters include: calcium hydroxide purity ≥98%, 325-mesh pass rate ≥99%, moisture content ≤0.3%, lead content ≤5ppm, cadmium content ≤0.5ppm, arsenic content ≤1ppm. The product can be packaged in 1000kg IBC ton barrels or 25kg lined plastic paper bags. It needs to be stored in a sealed and moisture-proof place, avoid direct contact with acidic wastewater, the storage temperature is controlled at 5-30℃, and the shelf life is 6 months.
It is mainly used for neutralization precipitation treatment of chromium-containing and nickel-containing wastewater in electroplating plants, pH adjustment and lignin removal of papermaking black liquor, decolorization and flocculation of printing and dyeing wastewater, and advanced treatment of domestic sewage treatment plants. It can quickly adjust the wastewater pH value from 1-3 to 6-9, the fluoride removal rate can reach more than 99.5%, and the sludge volume is reduced by more than 20% compared with traditional neutralizers, reducing the cost of subsequent sludge disposal.
