It effectively improves the processing performance of rubber products, and as an anti-aging agent, it delays the oxidative aging of rubber, solving the pain point that common fillers cannot improve product performance while reducing costs. With a low price, it is suitable for large-scale batch use by rubber enterprises, and its stable performance ensures consistent product quality during production.
With a minimum purity of 88.0% and maximum moisture content of 1.2%, this product has a 97% pass rate for 150 mesh particles, with an activation degree of ≥92%. Heavy metal limits are ≤100ppm, conforming to HG/T 2576-1994 standards for calcium hydroxide for rubber industry. It is packaged in 50kg PP woven bags, with 20 bags per pallet totaling 1000kg per pallet. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding moisture, with a shelf life of 12 months.
It is mainly used as a filler in automobile tire rubber formulations, production of industrial rubber hoses, ingredients for rubber seals, and manufacturing of building rubber water-stop belts.
