Prepared by liquid precipitation method, through strict particle size control process, the average particle size is ≤50nm, and the specific surface area is as high as 25m²/g. Compared with traditional micron-grade calcium hydroxide, its reinforcing effect is increased by more than 30%, which can significantly improve the tensile strength, wear resistance and aging resistance of rubber products. The product surface has been modified to have good organic compatibility, which can be uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix without agglomeration. Compared with ordinary nano powder, this product has lower impurity content, with a purity of up to 99%, and will not negatively affect the color and performance of composite materials. The packaging uses sealed steel drums, effectively isolating air and moisture to prevent product agglomeration and deterioration, adapting to the high-precision material needs of high-end manufacturing.

CAS Registry No. 1305-62-0, molecular formula Ca(OH)₂, appearing as white ultra-fine nano powder, average particle size ≤50nm, specific surface area ≥25m²/g, purity ≥99.0%, moisture content ≤0.3%, acid insoluble matter ≤0.1%, heavy metals (calculated as Pb) ≤2mg/kg, dispersibility: uniformly dispersed in ethanol without agglomeration, packaging specification is 1kg sealed steel drums, shelf life 24 months, storage conditions: cool, dry and dark place.

It is mainly used in high-end composite material manufacturing, including reinforcing modification for automotive rubber parts such as tires and sealing parts to improve the wear resistance and service life of products; filling modification for high-end plastic pipes and plates to improve the rigidity and flame retardancy of materials; functional filler for special coatings to improve the weather resistance and adhesion of coatings; it can also be used as a coating material for lithium-ion battery separators to improve the safety and cycle life of batteries, adapting to the R&D and mass production needs of high-end manufacturing and new energy material industries.
