This desulfurization calcium hydroxide has high reaction activity, which can complete the neutralization reaction in a short time and reduce the residence time of the desulfurization tower. This product appears as a white amorphous powder, with a minimum purity of 88.0%, calcium oxide content of ≥65.0%, activity degree of ≥360mL (tested by 4N hydrochloric acid titration within 10 minutes), moisture content ≤1.0%, particle size ≤150μm. It is packaged in 1000kg ton bags, and should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, away from acidic substances. The shelf life is 18 months, and it should be avoided from rain and moisture during transportation.
It is suitable for flue gas desulfurization of coal-fired thermal power plants, desulfurization of steel sintering flue gas, waste gas treatment of waste incineration plants, and acidic waste gas neutralization in the chemical industry.
