This modified calcium hydroxide is coated with stearic acid, which improves the compatibility with polyolefin plastics and avoids powder agglomeration. It can be evenly dispersed in the plastic matrix, improving the tensile strength and impact strength of composite materials. The low moisture content avoids bubble problems in plastic processing, and the high activation degree reduces processing energy consumption. It is compatible with a variety of plastic processing technologies such as extrusion and injection molding, solving the problem of product performance degradation caused by traditional fillers.
This product appears as a white coated powder, with an activation degree of ≥98%, a minimum purity of 92.0%, a moisture content of ≤0.4%, and a particle size of ≤45μm. When the addition amount is 10-30 parts, the tensile strength is increased by ≥15% and the impact strength is increased by ≥20%. It is packaged in 25kg woven bags with plastic inner liners, and should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from moisture. The shelf life is 18 months.

It is used as a filling modifier for PVC pipes, plastic plates, packaging films, automotive interior plastics and home appliance shells. It replaces some expensive reinforcing materials, reducing the production cost of plastic products while improving the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of plastic products. It is suitable for all kinds of production scenarios in the plastic processing industry, and is widely used in daily plastics, construction materials and automotive parts manufacturing.
