Prepared by calcining special-grade limestone in a rotary kiln, the effective calcium hydroxide content is as high as 92%, and its activity index is 15% higher than that of ordinary industrial-grade products, which can complete the neutralization reaction faster and reduce the dosage of chemicals. The product is classified and screened with a uniform particle size ≤75μm, avoiding the problem of blocking pipelines due to caking. The packaging uses double-layer moisture-proof woven bags, effectively isolating carbon dioxide in the air and preventing the product from carbonation failure. It has passed the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, meeting the environmental protection requirements of industrial pollutant treatment, and adapting to the bulk procurement needs of large-scale sewage treatment plants and thermal power plants.

Molecular formula Ca(OH)₂, appearing as white to off-white powder, effective calcium hydroxide content ≥92.0%, calcium oxide (CaO) content ≥75.0%, moisture content ≤1.0%, acid insoluble matter ≤0.3%, particle size distribution: 85% of particles ≤75μm, pH value (10% suspension) 12.3-12.5, packaging specification is 25kg industrial composite woven bags, shelf life 18 months, storage conditions: dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid open-air stacking.

It is widely used in industrial environmental protection and chemical fields, including flue gas desulfurization processes in thermal power plants and steel mills, efficiently removing SO₂ in flue gas and reducing atmospheric pollutant emissions; as a neutralizer in municipal and industrial sewage treatment to adjust wastewater pH and precipitate heavy metal ions and phosphate; it can also be used as ore flotation aids and leather depilatory agents in the metallurgical industry, as well as alkaline catalysts in organic synthesis, adapting to the continuous feeding needs of large-scale industrial production lines.
