Its core advantage lies in the high-purity and low-impurity calcium hydroxide raw material, which is finely ground to obtain uniform and stable particle size, which can be evenly dispersed in the mortar system, replacing the traditional lime paste, reducing construction difficulty and raw material loss. Its trace active ingredients can accelerate the hydration reaction of cement, improve the early strength of mortar, and do not contain excessive free alkali components that are harmful to the human body, meeting the requirements of green building materials. It solves the problems of traditional mortar such as easy efflorescence and poor durability after construction.
Detailed parameters include: calcium hydroxide purity ≥95%, 200-mesh pass rate ≥99%, moisture content ≤0.5%, pH value 12.4-12.8, bulk density 0.8-1.0 g/cm³. The product is packaged in 25kg coated kraft paper bags, and 40 bags (about 1 ton) can be loaded on a single pallet. The storage environment should be kept dry, the temperature should be controlled at 5-35℃, and it should be avoided to mix with acidic substances.

It is mainly suitable for interior wall plastering mortar of civil residences, ground leveling mortar of commercial complexes, repair mortar of municipal engineering, and surface curing treatment of precast concrete components. It can be mixed with cement and sand in a ratio of 1:3:6, suitable for all kinds of manual plastering and mechanical spraying construction technologies, especially suitable for mortar construction in high humidity areas in southern China, effectively reducing the mortar hollowing rate to less than 3%.
