The collapsible ton bag can be folded into a small volume of 30×30×10cm after use, which saves more than 90% of storage space compared with ordinary ton bags. It is made of polypropylene material, which meets the EU packaging waste recycling instructions and reduces environmental pollution. The reinforced edge design ensures the durability of the bag body, and it can be reused for more than 20 times. The flat-packed design is more convenient for storage and transportation, reducing the empty transportation cost of packaging.
The product uses 185g/m² recyclable polypropylene woven fabric, with a thickness of 0.38mm. The unfolded size is 90×90×110cm, and the folded size is 30×30×10cm. The nominal load capacity is 1200kg, and the maximum load is 1400kg. It is equipped with 4 8cm wide top lifting loops made of reinforced PP webbing. The empty weight of a single bag is about 4kg, and 20 folded bags are packed per pallet for convenient transportation and storage.
