The core advantage is its super load-bearing capacity, with a rated load capacity of 1500kg. It adopts a 1.2mm thick woven fabric, with tensile strength increased by 40% compared with ordinary ton bags. Cooperating with reinforced four-corner lifting points, it can bear a hoisting weight of 1800kg. The heavy-duty PE lamination coating has stronger wear and water resistance, which can resist salt fog and rain erosion in the port environment, preventing moisture and deterioration of materials. It is equipped with a large-diameter discharge port at the bottom, which facilitates quick unloading of heavy bulk materials, and the double sewing seal ensures the sealing and safety during the loading process.

The unfolded size is 100cm×100cm×140cm, the rated load capacity is 1500kg, the self-weight is 2.2kg, and 5 pieces are packed per bundle. The woven fabric adopts a high-density weaving process of 16×16 strands/10cm. The lifting points are made of double-layer thickened polyester webbing with a width of 10cm, which can bear a load of 1800kg. The discharge port has a diameter of 20cm, matched with a metal sealing plug, which can effectively prevent material spillage. The edge of the bag body adopts four-side wrapping process to improve overall durability, and can be reused more than 6 times in the port environment.

It is mainly used for the transportation of large bulk cargo in ports, such as heavy materials such as iron ore, coal, large prefabricated parts, and can be directly stacked in the port yard with a stacking height of up to 4 layers, effectively improving the utilization rate of port storage. At the same time, it can be used for the transportation of building materials in large-scale infrastructure projects, such as the transfer of heavy materials such as cement and sand, adapting to port automated loading and unloading assembly lines, and is the preferred packaging product for port logistics and large-scale infrastructure projects.
