Product features:

The food-grade ton bag uses food-safe PP woven fabric and PE inner liner, which is non-toxic, odorless and meets FDA food contact safety standards. The cross-corner lifting design provides more balanced force distribution, reducing the risk of bag body deformation during lifting. The bottom spout discharge port can accurately unload materials without residual waste, and the inner liner effectively prevents liquid or powdery food from leaking. It can be reused for more than 10 times, which is more economical than disposable food packaging.

Product specifications:

The product uses 200g/m² food-grade polypropylene woven fabric, with a built-in 0.1mm thick PE waterproof and anti-seepage inner liner. The nominal load capacity is 1100kg, and the maximum load is 1300kg. The standard bag size is 85×85×105cm, and custom sizes can be customized according to customer needs. It is equipped with 4 cross-corner lifting belts with a width of 10cm, which can bear a single-point load of more than 600kg. The empty weight of a single bag is about 6kg, and 8 bags are packed per bundle for easy transportation.

Product application:

This FDA-approved ton bag is mainly used for transporting bulk food materials such as wheat, corn, white sugar, edible salt and milk powder. It is suitable for domestic food factory turnover, cross-border export food logistics and cold chain food storage and transportation. It can also be used for packaging dehydrated vegetables, feed additives and other health food raw materials, meeting the strict safety requirements of the international food trade market.
