The anti-static ton bag is woven with PP fabric embedded with conductive fibers, which can effectively conduct static electricity generated during material loading and unloading to the ground, avoiding electrostatic accumulation and spark generation. The surface resistance is controlled between 10^6-10^9 ohms, meeting the national safety standards for anti-static packaging. It is equipped with a dedicated static grounding wire, which can further improve the safety of electrostatic discharge. The reinforced fabric structure ensures that it can still maintain stability in harsh hazardous material transportation scenarios.

The product uses 190g/m² anti-static polypropylene woven fabric with embedded conductive carbon fibers, with a surface resistance of 10^6-10^9 ohms. The nominal load capacity is 1000kg, and the maximum load is 1200kg. The standard bag size is 90×90×120cm, and it is equipped with 4 9cm wide top lifting loops with a 1.5m long static grounding wire. The bottom is equipped with a 30cm discharge port, which is convenient for unloading powder materials. The empty weight of a single bag is about 7kg, and 6 bags are packed per bundle.

This anti-static ton bag is mainly used for transporting flammable and explosive powder materials such as chemical coatings, titanium dioxide, pharmaceutical intermediates and plastic powder. It is suitable for hazardous material warehouses, chemical plant production lines and cross-regional dangerous goods transportation. It can also be used for packaging metal powder, coal powder and other conductive or flammable powdery materials, meeting the safety requirements of the international hazardous goods transportation market.
