The fabric is made from 210GSM virgin food-grade PP strands, with a tensile strength of 30kN per lifting loop. The breathable membrane is laminated to the inner surface of the PP fabric, preventing tearing during handling while maintaining air flow. The top opening measures 85cm in diameter, with an optional 30cm diameter discharge spout for quick, controlled unloading. It features a food-safe polyethylene inner liner to block moisture for long-term storage, and complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 177.1520 for food contact materials. The bag is stackable up to 5 layers high when loaded, with flat bottom design for stable placement on warehouse floors.
