The ventilated ton bag is designed with evenly distributed 10×10cm mesh vents, which account for about 5% of the total bag surface area, allowing air to circulate freely inside and outside the bag, effectively releasing internal moisture and preventing mold and deterioration of materials. The mesh vents are tightly woven to prevent powdery materials from leaking while ensuring ventilation. The lightweight fabric design reduces the overall transportation cost, and the reinforced edge design ensures the durability of the bag body.
The product uses 170g/m² polypropylene woven fabric, with 10×10cm square mesh vents evenly distributed on the side of the bag, with a total ventilation area of about 5% of the bag surface. The nominal load capacity is 1000kg, and the maximum load is 1200kg. The standard bag size is 95×95×115cm, and it is equipped with 4 8cm wide top lifting loops. The empty weight of a single bag is about 4.5kg, and 12 bags are packed per bundle for convenient transportation and storage.
This breathable ton bag is mainly used for transporting agricultural products such as corn, wheat, wood chips, sawdust and wet sand. It is suitable for grain storage warehouses, forestry material transportation sites and construction site wet aggregate storage. It can also be used for packaging dehydrated vegetables, herbal medicines and other materials that need moisture dissipation, ensuring the quality of materials during long-distance transportation and storage.
