It is made of galvanized alloy steel and galvanized steel wire rope, which has good anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, suitable for the humid and dusty operating environment underground. It is equipped with two modes of wired remote control and local operation, allowing operators to complete operations at a safe distance, avoiding health risks caused by underground harmful gases. It has three protection mechanisms of overvoltage, overload and voltage loss, which automatically stops the equipment when the system pressure is abnormal or the load exceeds the standard, improving operation safety. Compared with similar mining traction equipment, it has a smaller volume, suitable for narrow underground roadway operations, and the traction rope can reach 80m in length, realizing long-distance traction operations without requiring operators to approach the operation area.

The overall dimensions of the whole machine are 1500mm×800mm×900mm, with a net weight of 450kg. The maximum rated traction load is 15000kg. The traction rope is made of 20mm diameter galvanized steel wire rope with a total length of 80m. The traction speed can be adjusted from 3m/min to 10m/min. The power input adopts explosion-proof hydraulic pump for mining, with a rated working pressure of 32MPa. The explosion-proof grade is Ex d I Mb, which complies with MT 660 coal mine safety standards. The protection grade reaches IP67, which can effectively block dust and water immersion intrusion. It is equipped with emergency stop button and audible and visual alarm device, which automatically sends an alarm when the equipment is abnormal. The operating handle is made of explosion-proof material, suitable for the safety requirements of underground operations. It can be adapted to the special mounting rack for underground mines, with stable fixation and no easy shaking.

The target industries include coal mining, petrochemical industry, flammable and explosive warehouses, tunnel construction and other scenarios. Typical usage scenarios include: pulling large coal mining machine parts in coal mine underground, dragging heavy drilling equipment on oil drilling platforms, pulling large reactor parts in chemical workshops, and pulling support materials during tunnel construction. Compared with traditional traction equipment, this equipment has explosion-proof certification, which can operate safely in flammable and explosive environments, has greater traction force than pneumatic traction machines, has higher operation efficiency, and does not require compressed air source, which is convenient for integration with the existing hydraulic pump system underground.
