Equipped with explosion-proof certified hydraulic system and electrical components, with Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof certification, effectively preventing the generation of sparks and static electricity during operation, meeting the safety standards of hazardous environment operations. The explosion-proof cast iron body has good impact resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh chemical and mining environments. The hydraulic system adopts sealed design to avoid oil leakage, which will not cause secondary pollution to the hazardous environment. Equipped with a pressure regulating valve and emergency stop system, realizing precise traction control and emergency stop when dangerous situations occur. The 18-meter hydraulic hose allows flexible operation range, and the remote control handle allows operators to stay away from the hazardous area.
The rated traction force is 20 tons, with a maximum towing speed of 5 meters per minute. The overall body dimensions are 2200mm (length) × 900mm (width) × 1200mm (height), with a total weight of 1800 kilograms. It uses AC220V explosion-proof power supply. The traction force can be adjusted between 3 and 20 tons, suitable for working temperatures from -20℃ to 60℃.
