It is equipped with IP65 dust-proof and water-proof structure, adapting to the humid and dusty working environment in tunnels. The wireless remote control mode allows operators to carry out operations at a safe distance, avoiding potential safety hazards in tunnels. It is equipped with dual safety guarantees of overload protection and emergency stop button, and the 15-ton rated traction force can meet the traction needs of various pipelines and trolleys in tunnels.

The rated traction force is 15 tons, with a traction speed of 0-2 meters per minute. It adopts a compact single-acting hydraulic cylinder and is powered by a 220V 5.5KW motor. The total net weight is 410kg, and the overall dimensions are 1500mm (length) × 700mm (width) × 900mm (height). The hydraulic hose length is 6 meters, the wireless remote control distance can reach 30 meters, the dust-proof and water-proof rating is IP65, the body is treated with anodic oxidation corrosion resistance, and the working temperature range is -5℃ to 45℃, adapting to the complex working conditions of tunnel construction.

It is mainly used for traction and shifting of lining trolleys in highway and railway tunnels, traction of pipeline laying in tunnels, and traction and shifting of equipment in underground pipe corridors. It adapts to low and narrow underground operating spaces, and can run stably on flat ground in tunnels, relying on the built-in power supply to operate independently without additional large power supply facilities.
