The whole machine is treated with electrophoretic rust prevention, adapting to the complex working conditions of industrial workshops and having a longer service life.

The rated traction force is 30 tons, with a traction speed of 0-3 meters per minute. It adopts a multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder and is powered by a 380V three-phase asynchronous motor. The total net weight is 620kg, and the overall dimensions are 2800mm (length) × 1200mm (width) × 1400mm (height). The hydraulic oil tank capacity is 25L, the high-pressure hose length is 10 meters, and it is equipped with an anti-slip clamping fixture. The working pressure can reach 32MPa, the shell is welded with Q355 low alloy steel plate, and it is suitable for indoor industrial workshop operation scenarios.

It is mainly used for heavy machine tool shifting in factory workshops, traction of large industrial pipeline installation, light container shifting in container terminals, and traction of segmental components in shipbuilding industry. It adapts to the traction of heavy industrial equipment and large metal components, and can run stably on flat industrial ground, and can fix traction objects of different shapes with special fixtures.
