It is fitted with three safety features: a wireless emergency stop button, overload protection, and an anti‑slip clamping device, all designed to support safe operation. The 12‑meter high‑pressure hydraulic hose enables long‑distance operation, while the double‑acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder helps achieve precise traction control. The machine is constructed with welded Q235 carbon steel and features electrophoretic anti‑corrosion treatment, making it suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor working environments.

The rated traction force is 20 tons, with a traction speed ranging from 0 to 3.5 meters per minute. It adopts a double-acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder and is powered by a 380V 6KW three-phase asynchronous motor. The total net weight is 480kg, and the overall dimensions are 2200mm (length) × 900mm (width) × 1100mm (height). The hydraulic oil tank capacity is 30L, the high-pressure hose length is 12 meters, the 2.4G wireless remote control distance can reach 50 meters, and it is equipped with anti-slip clamping fixtures. The working pressure can reach 28MPa, the shell is treated with electrophoretic rust prevention, and the working temperature range is -10℃ to 50℃, adapting to various engineering operation scenarios.

It is mainly used for traction and shifting of heavy components in building construction, light cargo towing in ports and terminals, traction adjustment of aerial work platforms, and shifting of large storage equipment. It can carry out operations in outdoor construction sites, ports and terminals, large workshops and other scenarios, and operators can remotely control in a safe area to avoid safety risks during operation, adapting to the traction needs of various medium and heavy objects.
