The core advantage lies in the special photovoltaic bracket fixture, which can quickly adapt to photovoltaic brackets of different specifications without additional fixture replacement. The double-acting hydraulic cylinder paired with a 220V motor delivers stable 10-ton traction to meet the traction and shifting needs of photovoltaic brackets. It is equipped with limit switch and overload protection devices to prevent overtravel or equipment damage during traction. The universal locking wheels allow the equipment to move flexibly on gravel ground and flat photovoltaic sites. The net weight is only 280kg, which is easy to transport to different photovoltaic power station operation points, and the galvanized rust-proof treatment adapts to long-term outdoor operation scenarios.

The rated traction force is 10 tons, with a traction speed of 0-4 meters per minute. It adopts a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and is powered by a 220V 4KW motor. The total net weight is 280kg, and the overall dimensions are 1800mm (length) × 800mm (width) × 1000mm (height). The hydraulic hose length is 8 meters, equipped with special photovoltaic bracket clamping fixtures and lockable universal wheels. The working temperature range is -10℃ to 50℃, and the shell is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, adapting to the complex working conditions of outdoor photovoltaic power stations.

It is mainly used for photovoltaic bracket installation traction in distributed photovoltaic power stations, component handling and shifting in large ground photovoltaic power stations, and adjustment traction of photovoltaic tracking brackets. It adapts to outdoor photovoltaic construction sites, and can quickly carry out operations on gravel ground and flat photovoltaic sites, running stably relying on municipal power without additional power supporting facilities.
