It is equipped with a dual-frequency ultrasonic system (40KHz for rough cleaning and 80KHz for fine cleaning), combined with a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of the cleaning medium, allowing the cleaning medium to fully penetrate into the tiny gaps of the workpiece to achieve dead-angle-free cleaning. It is equipped with a PLC intelligent touch control system that can preset multiple cleaning programs and automatically complete the whole process of vacuum pumping, ultrasonic cleaning, heating and drying. The equipment adopts a fully stainless steel sealed cavity and is equipped with a solvent recovery system, which can effectively reduce cleaning medium loss and environmental pollution. It also has safety functions such as overload protection and temperature abnormality alarm to ensure stable long-term operation.
The overall size of the equipment is 180x120x150 Centimeters, and the internal size of the cleaning chamber is 100x80x60 Centimeters, with a maximum load capacity of 200 Kilograms. The working voltage is 380V 50Hz three-phase AC power, with a total power of 5000 Watts, the vacuum degree can reach 0.5 Torr, the ultrasonic power can be adjusted from 1000 to 3000 Watts, and the maximum heating temperature is 90°C. The net weight of the equipment is 350 Kilograms, and the gross weight is 420 Kilograms. It is equipped with an automatic slag discharge and waste liquid filtration recovery system, which can automatically separate impurities and waste liquid after cleaning. It is mainly suitable for hardware mold manufacturing, precision machinery processing, auto parts production, aerospace parts maintenance and other industries, and can clean injection molds, stamping molds, precision gears, hydraulic components, aviation fasteners and other workpieces.
