It adopts an immersed solvent cleaning method, completely immersing the workpiece in environmental-friendly hydrocarbon solvent, combining with a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of the solvent, allowing the solvent to fully penetrate into the complex gaps and inner cavities of the workpiece, and assisting cleaning with ultrasonic waves to achieve deep cleaning. It is equipped with an industrial-grade touch control system that can preset the whole process procedures such as vacuum pumping, cleaning, standing and drying, automatically completing the entire cleaning process. The equipment is equipped with a solvent recovery distillation system that can recover and recycle cleaning solvent, greatly reducing usage costs, and is also equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system that can filter organic waste gas generated during the cleaning process, meeting environmental protection emission standards.

The overall size of the equipment is 250x200x220 Centimeters, and the internal size of the cleaning chamber is 150x100x80 Centimeters, with a maximum load capacity of 500 Kilograms. The working voltage is 380V 50Hz three-phase AC power, with a total power of 8000 Watts, the vacuum degree can reach 0.1 Torr, the heating temperature can be up to 120°C, and the hot air drying temperature can be adjusted from 50 to 100°C. The net weight of the equipment is 800 Kilograms, and the gross weight is 950 Kilograms. It is equipped with an automatic solvent distillation recovery system and an activated carbon exhaust gas filtration device, which can effectively separate impurities in the solvent and recover the solvent. The body is made of 316L stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, meeting CE and AS9100 aerospace quality certification standards.
