Equipped with a 1×10^-3 Torr vacuum adsorption system and high-pressure atomization cleaning system, this machine can quickly remove stubborn stains on the panel surface, and absorb residual cleaning water through vacuum adsorption to avoid water stain residue affecting power generation efficiency. It is equipped with a 1.8-meter wide cleaning head, compatible with standard 1500*1000mm photovoltaic panels, and is equipped with anti-collision sensors and remote control system to support unmanned cleaning operations. The water recycling system can recover more than 90% of cleaning water, improving cleaning efficiency by 50 times compared with manual cleaning, and reducing maintenance costs of photovoltaic power stations.
The overall size of the whole machine is 2.5*1.8*1.5 Meters, with a cleaning width of 1.8 Meters, compatible with photovoltaic panel size of 1500*1000 Millimeters. The power supply specification is 380V 50Hz, with a maximum power of 5 Kilowatts. The vacuum degree can reach 1×10^-3 Torr, with a water recycling rate of ≥90%. The total weight of the whole machine is 450 Kilograms, equipped with adjustable height brackets and anti-collision protection devices.
It is applicable to scenarios such as large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations, distributed roof photovoltaic power stations and commercial photovoltaic parking lots, for regular cleaning of photovoltaic panels to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of panels and reduce manual maintenance costs.
