It supports PLC communication with the production line, realizing automatic trigger of the testing process. It uses a cloud server to store all test data, supporting real-time production quality monitoring and generating batch test reports. It is also equipped with an intelligent abnormal alarm system, which automatically triggers a shutdown warning when the test data is unqualified, effectively controlling unqualified products from flowing out of the production line.

The testing torque range is 10-1500 N·m, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.8% full scale. The equipment dimensions are 2500mm × 1800mm × 1500mm, with a net weight of 320kg. It is powered by 380V 50Hz AC, with an IP65 protection rating. The beat rate is 15 pieces per minute, supporting electric adjustment of the robotic arm position.
