The overall external dimensions are 1200mm(W) × 1500mm(D) × 1800mm(H), with a net weight of 350kg. The input voltage is 220V three-phase 50Hz with a rated power of 2.2kW. The 200-liter internal volume is equipped with 3 adjustable stainless steel test trays with spacing adjustable to 40mm. The explosion-proof observation window adopts double-layer tempered glass with explosion-proof film, which can withstand internal pressure changes without breaking. The explosion-proof door is equipped with an interlock device that can only be opened when the equipment is shut down to avoid safety risks caused by misoperation. The explosion-proof fully enclosed compressor ensures no sparks during operation, and the touch-type operation interface is located inside the explosion-proof shell with password protection authority to prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying test parameters. The built-in data logger can store 1000 sets of test data and supports USB export function.
