It adopts a double-layer protection structure, with the inner galvanized steel wire ensuring structural strength, and the outer PVC coating isolating water vapor and corrosive media, while providing multiple color options to match the site landscape style. It has excellent flame retardant performance, suitable for scenarios such as sports venues that require fire rating, and will not produce toxic smoke at high temperatures. The flexible mesh surface can be easily bent to adapt to curved fences or irregular sites, and no welding is required during installation to avoid damaging the coating integrity. It also has good anti-aging performance, and can maintain its appearance and performance for more than 20 years in outdoor sun exposure environment.
The core parameters include steel wire core wire diameter of 2.8-3.2mm, PVC coating thickness of 0.4-0.6mm, standard aperture of 50×50mm to 80×80mm, single roll weight of about 15kg, salt spray test up to 2000 hours, complying with GB/T 20204-2006 coated chain link mesh standards. Custom special aperture, height and color are available, and the mesh surface flatness error is ≤±2mm per meter.
It is suitable for community garden fences, primary and secondary school sports field fences, home pet cage production, greenhouse ventilation protective net and other scenarios. It can be used as a landscape isolation facility, combining protection and aesthetics, suitable for real estate, educational institutions, home gardening and other fields. Compared with pure galvanized wire mesh, it is more suitable for scenarios with appearance requirements.
