This heavy-duty chain link mesh stands out from ordinary chain link meshes with its high-carbon steel core wire, which has a tensile strength of no less than 600MPa, far higher than that of low-carbon steel meshes. The double coating of hot-dip galvanizing and bitumen coating provides double protection against corrosion, making it suitable for harsh underground mining environments with high humidity and corrosive gases. The thick and firm woven structure can withstand heavy loads such as 10-ton heavy equipment rolling and large rock falling, effectively protecting the safety of mining workers and equipment. Unlike rigid slope protection panels, it has good flexibility and can adapt to uneven slope surfaces without cracking, and can be easily installed on complex terrain. It also has passed the national mine safety product certification, ensuring its reliability in underground mining scenarios.

The wire gauge ranges from 6 SWG (4.06mm) to 9 SWG (3.05mm), with the corresponding core wire diameter of 4.06mm to 3.05mm. The standard mesh sizes include 100x100mm, 120x120mm and 150x150mm, which can be customized according to customer requirements. The standard roll specifications are 1.5m width x 15m length and 2.0m width x 12m length, and other custom sizes are supported. Each roll is packed with steel strip bundles to fix the mesh tightly, then fixed on a wooden pallet to avoid damage during transportation. The tensile strength of the mesh is no less than 600MPa, ensuring it can withstand heavy loads without deformation. Each square meter of the mesh weighs about 3.0-5.5 kg depending on the wire gauge and mesh size.

This heavy-duty chain link mesh is mainly used in heavy-duty engineering and mining scenarios. It is widely used as the slope protection net in mountain mining and highway construction, to prevent soil and rock from sliding and falling. It can also be used as the support net in underground mines, to protect the safety of mining workers and prevent collapse of surrounding rock. In large industrial sites and ports, it is used as the heavy-duty perimeter fence, to resist the impact of heavy vehicles and equipment. It is also suitable for use as the protective net for dams and river embankments, to prevent soil erosion and scouring.
