The solderless hook weaving structure ensures uniform overall strength, and there is no local weak point, with impact resistance improved by more than 40% compared with welded grid structure. The detailed parameters include wire diameter range of 1.5-2.5mm, standard aperture of 30×30mm to 60×60mm, single roll standard size of 1.5m (height) ×20m (length), single roll weight of about 10kg, tensile strength ≥500MPa, salt spray test up to 5000 hours, complying with ASTM A313 stainless steel wire mesh standards. 316 stainless steel version can be customized for extreme corrosion environments, and the mesh flatness conforms to EN 10223-8 industry standards.
