It is made of 304 austenitic stainless steel wire without ferrite components, with excellent resistance to chloride ion corrosion, and can be used for a long time in coastal high-salt fog environments without rusting. The bright annealing surface treatment improves the smoothness and wear resistance of the mesh surface, making it not easy to attach stains and easy to clean and maintain. The solderless hook weaving structure ensures uniform overall strength, and there is no local weak point, with impact resistance improved by more than 40% compared with welded grid structure. It also has good flexibility and can be flexibly adjusted to the installation shape.

The detailed parameters include wire diameter range of 1.5-2.5mm, standard aperture of 30×30mm to 60×60mm, single roll standard size of 1.5m (height) ×20m (length), single roll weight of about 10kg, tensile strength ≥500MPa, salt spray test up to 5000 hours, complying with ASTM A313 stainless steel wire mesh standards. 316 stainless steel version can be customized for extreme corrosion environments, and the mesh flatness conforms to EN 10223-8 industry standards.

It is suitable for seafood processing plant equipment isolation, coastal scenic spot protective fences, food processing workshop protective nets, chemical warehouse ventilation isolation nets and other scenarios. It is suitable for food processing, marine engineering, chemical parks and other fields with extremely high corrosion resistance requirements. It also has food contact safety certification and can be directly used for isolation protection in food production areas.
