The double treatment of galvanizing and anti-rust paint adapts to the humid and dusty underground environment, extending the service life. The flexible mesh surface can perfectly fit the irregular surface of the roadway, and no additional cutting is required to adapt to support areas of different shapes, which improves installation efficiency by more than 50%. It also has good ductility, which can withstand surrounding rock deformation without breaking, ensuring underground operation safety.

The core parameters include wire diameter of 3.8-4.2mm, standard aperture of 70×70mm to 100×100mm, single sheet size of 1.2m×10m, single sheet weight of about 25kg, complying with MT/T 774-1998 mine chain link mesh standards. It has passed MA coal mine safety certification, and widened sheet sizes can be customized. The mesh surface tear strength is ≥12kN/m, and it can be installed and fixed with special support buckles and anchor rods.

It is suitable for coal mine and metal mine roadway side wall and top support, temporary protection of tunnel excavation, surrounding rock reinforcement of underground passages and other scenarios.
