The welded base has ultra-strong wind and collision resistance, which can withstand the impact of a forklift at a speed of 10km/h without deformation. It is equipped with reflective warning strips to improve recognition during night loading and unloading operations, solving the pain point that traditional guardrails cannot adapt to the turnover of heavy pallet cargo, and greatly reducing the scratch loss of cargo during loading and unloading.
The single-section length is 2500mm, the total height is 1200mm, the weight of a single unit is about 150kg, the roller spacing is 200mm, the base installation hole spacing is 300mm, which is suitable for M16 expansion screws. The working temperature range is -10℃ to 70℃, it has passed API maritime certification, and the impact resistance strength can reach 2000J.
