The FlexiGuard modular portable guardrail adopts all-plastic modular design, with a single section weight of only 12kg, which can be easily carried by one person. The quick-connect push-fit buckle design allows for completion of a 1500mm section installation within 5 minutes, and can be easily disassembled and stored when not in use. The UV stable coating will not fade after long-term outdoor use, and the PU foam covered rubber rollers will not scratch floors and equipment. The stacked storage design saves a lot of warehouse space.
Each set includes two 1500mm long sections and matching connectors, with a total combined length of 3000mm and a height of 900mm. The roller diameter is 90mm, and the spacing between rollers is 45mm. The base size is 100*150mm, and the total weight of a single set is 30kg. The temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 60℃, and it can be customized into any length up to 20m according to user needs. It meets the temporary safety facility safety standards.
This guardrail is mainly applicable to exhibition temporary passage isolation, construction site temporary protection, parking lot temporary zoning, outdoor music festival activity isolation, and warehouse temporary cargo separation.
