The CityGuard municipal roller guardrail adopts hot-dip galvanized double-layer anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively resist rain, ultraviolet rays and salt fog erosion in outdoor environments. The rubber rollers have good buffer performance, reducing the damage degree of collision vehicles and pedestrians. The embedded bolt installation design ensures strong wind resistance and firm fixation in road soil layers. The modular splicing design can adapt to straight and curved road sections, and the rotating rollers can reduce friction when non-motor vehicles pass by, avoiding scratch damage to vehicles and guardrails.

Each standard unit has a length of 2500mm and a height of 1200mm, with 120mm diameter rollers spaced 60mm apart. The base plate thickness is 10mm, and the galvanized layer thickness is 85μm. The weight per meter is approximately 35kg, and the installation depth is 300mm to meet the road safety installation standards. It can be customized into curved sections according to actual road conditions, and is compatible with urban sidewalks with a width of 1.5m to 2m.

This guardrail is mainly applicable to urban sidewalk edges, bus lane isolation, pedestrian street entrance protection, and school surrounding road isolation. It can prevent motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles from intruding into pedestrian areas, protect the safety of pedestrians and roadside public facilities, and assist non-motor vehicles such as bicycles and electric vehicles to pass through the protection passage smoothly.
