The heavy-duty polyurethane wheels can withstand 500kg per linear meter load without flattening, and the free-standing design eliminates the need for drilling or permanent installation, allowing quick reconfiguration of work zones. Unlike traditional fixed guardrails, its mobile design enables teams to rearrange production lines or clear emergency access in minutes, solving the pain point of inflexible fixed safety barriers in dynamic industrial spaces.

Each unit measures 2000mm in length, 1000mm in height, and 150mm in width, with a total weight of 22kg per piece. The wheel diameter is 125mm, with a brake system on two wheels to lock the guardrail in place when needed. The guardrail is made of 2mm thick Q235 galvanized steel pipe, with welded joints that meet DIN EN 1337 structural safety standards, and comes with pre-drilled connection holes for linking multiple units together to form a continuous barrier.

Ideal for automotive manufacturing workshops, heavy machinery maintenance areas, warehouse loading docks, and power distribution substations. It is used to separate high-risk areas from pedestrian walkways, block off operating zones during equipment maintenance, and create temporary traffic control barriers for warehouse vehicle movement, ensuring compliance with OSHA and CE workplace safety regulations.
