Each single section has a length of 1800mm and an overall height of 1100mm, with a drum diameter of 130mm and a drum spacing of 90mm. The 304 stainless steel frame has a wall thickness of 3mm, and the net weight of a single section is 95kg. The rollers are made of nitrile rubber-coated stainless steel, with a passivation coating thickness of 50μm and a protection grade of IP67. It can withstand pickup truck collision impact at 8km/h, has passed ATEX Zone 1 and IECEx certifications, supports customized brand logos and explosion-proof signs, and can be flexibly installed according to on-site high-risk area layout.
