The core advantage of this guardrail is its all-contact components made of 316L stainless steel, with an electropolished surface that has no dead corners, facilitating rapid cleaning and disinfection, and meeting the IP69K high-pressure washing requirements, adapting to the daily cleaning process of food processing plants. The tool-free quick-release design allows for rapid replacement of rollers or cleaning of debris under the guardrail, avoiding sanitary dead corners. The one-piece molded stainless steel rollers have no splicing gaps, preventing bacterial growth, and meet HACCP food safety management system requirements. The warning color scheme can be customized to blue or white, which are commonly used in the food industry to improve workshop visibility.

Each single section has a length of 1200mm and an overall height of 850mm, with a drum diameter of 110mm and a drum spacing of 70mm. The 316L stainless steel frame has a wall thickness of 1.5mm, and the net weight of a single section is 48kg. The surface adopts electropolishing treatment with a roughness of Ra≤0.8μm, and the protection grade is IP69K. It can withstand handcart collision impact at 4km/h, supports quick clip-on installation without additional tools, and has passed FDA and EFSA certifications, meeting the hygiene and safety compliance requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industry.

It is mainly applicable to food processing plants, beverage production lines, dairy workshops, pharmaceutical clean workshops and other high-cleanliness production scenarios. It is used to isolate production equipment areas, block operators from entering dangerous areas, prevent packaged products from slipping into production passageways, and can be used with automated packaging lines and conveying equipment. It meets the hygiene and safety compliance requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industry, providing reliable safety protection for clean production sites.
