The RhinoGuard heavy-duty roller guardrail adopts Q235 carbon steel as the base material, with high yield strength and impact resistance to withstand frequent collisions of handling equipment. The HDPE plastic rollers have low friction coefficient, wear-resistant and noise-free, eliminating scratches on pallets and goods during transportation. The bolt-down surface mount installation ensures firm fixation on concrete floors, and the modular design allows for free combination of multiple guardrail sections to adapt to different passageway lengths. It effectively solves the pain points of frequent collision damage and low handling efficiency in traditional warehouse logistics channels, reducing long-term maintenance costs.

Each standard unit of this guardrail has a length of 2000mm and a height of 1000mm, with 100mm diameter rollers spaced 50mm apart. The base plate thickness is 8mm, and the powder coating thickness is 80μm, providing effective corrosion protection for indoor environments. The weight per meter is approximately 25kg, and a fixed installation point is required every 500mm. It is fully compatible with standard 1200*1000mm pallets, and damaged rollers or sections can be easily replaced individually to lower later maintenance costs.

This guardrail is mainly applicable to e-commerce warehousing zones, third-party logistics warehouses, raw material storage passages in discrete manufacturing plants, and port freight collection and distribution areas. It is used to separate operation areas and traffic passages, create buffer zones for handling equipment, and assist in smooth rolling transportation of palletized goods. It can effectively protect warehouse shelves, production equipment and goods from collision damage, improving the overall operation efficiency of logistics and storage links.
