The CleanGuard cleanroom roller guardrail adopts 304 stainless steel base material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for frequent washing and disinfection in clean workshops. The food-grade silicone rollers have no burrs and no peculiar smell, meeting the hygiene requirements of food and pharmaceutical production. The sanitary bolt installation design has no dead corners for dust accumulation, and the passivation polished surface has a roughness of Ra≤0.8μm, avoiding residual stains. The modular design is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, reducing the pollution risk of clean workshops.
Each standard unit has a length of 1800mm and a height of 750mm, with 70mm diameter food-grade silicone rollers spaced 35mm apart. The base plate thickness is 5mm, and the surface roughness is Ra≤0.8μm. The weight per meter is approximately 18kg, and the installation adopts aseptic fixed bolts to meet the clean workshop installation standards. It is compatible with standard food production conveyor lines with a width of 1000mm, and corner sections can be customized according to the actual workshop layout.
