This scenic pedestrian suspension bridge combines safety, aesthetics, and environmental friendliness to create a unique visitor experience. The main cable uses stainless steel-coated steel wire, which not only provides sufficient load-bearing capacity but also has excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, blending with the natural landscape. The pylons are made of high-quality natural solid wood with deep anti-corrosion treatment, preserving the natural texture while ensuring 80 years of service life. The deck is equipped with panoramic observation platforms, allowing visitors to stop and enjoy the surrounding scenery, solving the pain point of traditional pedestrian bridges lacking resting and viewing spaces. The safety glass handrails provide unobstructed views while ensuring visitor safety, and the anti-skid wooden deck ensures safe passage even in rainy or snowy conditions. Additionally, its modular design allows on-site assembly in 1 month, minimizing disruption to the scenic spot’s normal operations.
The scenic pedestrian suspension bridge has a total length of 105 meters, including an 85-meter main span and two 10-meter approach spans. The deck width is 6 meters, with a 3-meter-wide solid wood walkway (3cm-thick anti-skid planks), two 1.2-meter-wide safety glass handrails (12mm-thick tempered glass), and two 0.3-meter-wide decorative flower beds. The main cable has a diameter of 180mm, composed of 2,400 stainless steel-coated steel wires with a breaking strength of 1670 MPa. The natural solid wood pylons stand 28 meters tall, with a base diameter of 1.2 meters and a top diameter of 0.8 meters, anchored to a 5-meter-deep concrete foundation. The two panoramic observation platforms extend 2 meters outward from the deck, each with an area of 12 square meters. The bridge meets wind resistance standards of 10-level winds and seismic resistance standards of magnitude 6.5, with a designed service life of 80 years. The maximum live load capacity is 3.5 kN/m², accommodating up to 500 pedestrians simultaneously.
This scenic pedestrian suspension bridge is primarily used in tourism and leisure scenarios, including national parks, forest scenic spots, mountain resorts, and urban ecological parks. Typical application scenarios include cross-valley viewing bridges in mountain scenic spots, river-crossing leisure bridges in urban ecological parks, and forest canopy walkways in nature reserves. It can accommodate up to 500 pedestrians simultaneously, meeting the needs of peak tourist seasons. Its natural wood and glass design blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment, becoming a scenic spot in itself and attracting more visitors. Additionally, its lightweight structure and minimal environmental impact make it suitable for ecologically sensitive areas, as it avoids large-scale excavation and vegetation destruction. Its anti-skid and safety glass handrails also ensure visitor safety, providing a comfortable and safe viewing experience for tourists of all ages.
