This mimic panel has four core advantages. First, it uses high-brightness OLED display modules with a response speed of less than 50ms, which can real-time synchronize the signal status of the railway system, ensuring that dispatching personnel can grasp the latest track and signal information in time. Second, it adopts dual power supply and dual CPU redundancy backup design. When one power supply or CPU fails, the backup system can automatically switch within 10ms without affecting the normal display of signals, effectively avoiding safety risks caused by equipment failures. Third, it has excellent anti-interference performance, meeting the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 anti-electrostatic interference standard and IEC 61000-4-3 Level 3 anti-radiation interference standard, which can work stably in the complex electromagnetic environment of railway stations. Fourth, it supports remote monitoring and maintenance functions, and maintenance personnel can check the equipment status and upgrade the system through the network without going to the site, reducing the maintenance cost and time. In addition, the embedded wall-mounted design saves space and integrates with the railway dispatching center environment.

The panel is composed of 16 OLED display modules, each with a size of 320mm × 240mm, and the overall size is 1280mm × 960mm, with a thickness of 120mm and a net weight of 95kg. The OLED display module has a resolution of 1920×1080, a brightness of 1500cd/㎡ and a contrast ratio of 100000:1, which can clearly display signal information even in strong light environments. The response speed is less than 50ms, ensuring real-time synchronization with the railway signal system. The redundancy backup system includes dual AC 220V power supplies and dual industrial CPUs, and the switching time is less than 10ms. The product supports communication protocols such as TCP/IP and RS485, and can be connected with railway signal systems such as ZPW-2000 and UM71. The operating temperature range is -25℃ to +70℃, and the operating humidity range is 10% - 95% (non-condensing). It has obtained CRCC railway product certification and CE certification, and the average fault-free working time is more than 70,000 hours. The service life of the OLED module is not less than 80,000 hours.

This product is mainly applicable to high-speed railway dispatching centers, ordinary railway station signal rooms, urban rail transit (subway, light rail) dispatching centers and railway section maintenance stations. In high-speed railway dispatching centers, it can display the operation status of each track section, signal machine indication, turnout position and train running position in real time, helping dispatching personnel to arrange train operation plans reasonably and ensure the safe and efficient operation of high-speed railways. In ordinary railway station signal rooms, it can display the track occupancy status, signal machine status and turnout switching status, which is convenient for signal maintenance personnel to carry on daily inspection and fault handling. In urban rail transit dispatching centers, it can monitor the running position of trains, platform screen door status and signal system operation status, ensuring the punctuality and safety of urban rail transit. In railway section maintenance stations, it can display the maintenance status of tracks, signals and turnouts, helping maintenance personnel to arrange maintenance tasks reasonably.
