This mimic panel has three core competitive advantages. First, it uses high-brightness LED dot matrix display with 2mm dot pitch, which can present the operation parameters of each node of the power grid with ultra-high clarity, even in strong light environments, the display content is still clearly visible. Second, it is equipped with an intelligent linkage control system, which can automatically trigger early warning prompts and fault location marks when the power grid has abnormal data such as overload and short circuit, and directly link with the power grid control system to realize one-click fault isolation, greatly shortening the fault handling time. Third, the modular design allows flexible expansion of display modules, supporting the addition of new power grid nodes or functional areas without replacing the entire device, reducing the later maintenance and upgrade costs for users. In addition, the cold-rolled steel shell with electrostatic spraying has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, which can adapt to the long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.

The overall size of the panel is 2160mm in width, 1280mm in height and 150mm in thickness, with a net weight of 120kg. The display medium is a high-brightness LED dot matrix with a dot pitch of 2mm, and the maximum brightness can reach 1800cd/㎡, which can be adjusted steplessly according to the ambient light intensity. The response time of the display is less than 100ms, ensuring the real-time synchronization of the power grid state. The panel supports multiple input signal types including RS485, Modbus and TCP/IP, and can be seamlessly connected with mainstream power grid SCADA systems. The operating temperature range is -20℃ to +60℃, and the relative humidity adaptation range is 10% to 90% (non-condensing). It has obtained IP54 dustproof and waterproof certification, and the shell meets the requirements of industrial mechanical shock resistance (GB/T 2423.5-2019). The service life of the LED module is not less than 100,000 hours, and the average fault-free working time is more than 50,000 hours.

This product is mainly suitable for large-scale power grid dispatch centers, 220kV and above substations, wind power and photovoltaic power generation bases, and industrial park internal power distribution management systems. In power grid dispatch centers, it can display the real-time operation status of the entire regional power grid, including power transmission lines, transformer stations, switch cabinets and other equipment working parameters, helping dispatchers to monitor the power grid operation in an all-round way and make scientific dispatch decisions. In substations, it can visualize the switching status of each circuit and the load changes of transformers, which is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to carry on daily inspection and fault handling.
