The top fan array with 6 120mm high-speed fans and perforated front/back doors (air permeability rate ≥70%) improve cooling efficiency by 20% compared to traditional cabinets, reducing the operating temperature of IT equipment by 5℃. The cabinet is made of 1.2mm thick SPCC cold-rolled steel, with a maximum load capacity of 1000kg, supporting high-density deployment of servers and power equipment. It also has adjustable mounting rails, compatible with 19-inch standard equipment of different depths, solving the pain points of messy cables, poor cooling, and difficult maintenance in computer rooms.

The cabinet is made of 1.2mm thick SPCC cold-rolled steel, with surface electrostatic spraying treatment, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance. The cable management system includes 12 vertical wiring channels (each with a width of 50mm) and 8 horizontal wiring channels (each with a width of 40mm), supporting front and back wiring, with front and back dual cable organizers equipped with adjustable plastic cable clamps. The cooling system includes a top array of 6 120mm high-speed fans (speed 2000RPM, airflow 120CFM per fan) and perforated front/back doors with an air permeability rate of 75%, ensuring efficient heat dissipation of high-density equipment. The maximum load capacity is 1000kg, with adjustable foot pads and heavy-duty casters (optional) for easy movement and installation. All components have passed CE, ROHS, and TIA/EIA-310-D certifications, meeting international data center standards.
