This high-density power cabinet features a front-to-back airflow path designed to help ensure that cooling air effectively reaches server intakes, helping to prevent hot spots and support equipment lifespan. The integrated intelligent PDU offers real-time current, voltage, and power consumption monitoring, with remote alarm notifications for abnormal conditions, helping to reduce manual maintenance workload. Its 1200kg static load capacity supports heavy-duty server racks, while the anti-tip bracket provides additional stability during equipment installation. The advanced cable management system includes vertical and horizontal trays with adjustable cable managers, helping to reduce cable clutter and support improved airflow efficiency. Designed for compatibility, it can be used with hot/cold aisle containment systems—an important feature for large data centers focused on reducing cooling costs. Additionally, the detachable side panels and front/rear mesh doors with lockable latches allow for easy access and contribute to enhanced security for sensitive IT equipment.

The cabinet has an external dimension of 2250×850×1250mm, with an internal usable space of 2200×800×1200mm, meeting the TIA-942 standard for data center equipment racks. Constructed from 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel for the frame and 1.5mm thick for the panels, it provides exceptional structural stability. The front and rear doors are made of 70% open-area mesh to maximize airflow, while the side panels are fully enclosed to support hot/cold aisle containment. The cooling system is designed for a maximum airflow rate of 2000 CFM per cabinet, with compatibility with data center HVAC systems. The integrated PDU supports 100-240V AC input, with 24 C13 and 12 C15 output ports, and offers remote monitoring via Ethernet. The cabinet weighs 180kg and is equipped with 4 heavy-duty casters and adjustable leveling feet for precise positioning. It also includes 20 adjustable mounting rails with a 60kg per rail load capacity, and integrated cable management trays with 30 cable slots per side.

This high-density power cabinet is specifically designed for large-scale data centers, enterprise IT rooms, and cloud computing facilities. It is ideal for housing high-performance servers, blade servers, and storage arrays in environments where space utilization and energy efficiency are top priorities. In cloud data centers, it supports hot/cold aisle containment strategies to reduce cooling costs and improve overall energy efficiency. For enterprise IT departments, it provides a secure and organized housing for critical network and storage equipment, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. It is also suitable for colocation data centers, where it meets the strict TIA-942 standards required for multi-tenant equipment hosting. Additionally, it can be used in high-performance computing (HPC) facilities, providing stable and secure housing for computing clusters that demand continuous and reliable operation.
