This cabinet complies with stringent explosion-proof standards, featuring a flameproof enclosure designed to withstand internal explosions and minimize the risk of flame propagation to the external environment. The cast aluminum frame offers high impact resistance, capable of withstanding collisions from heavy industrial equipment with minimal damage. The explosion-proof exhaust fans are engineered to dissipate heat without generating sparks, helping to maintain internal operating temperatures below the ignition point of flammable substances. The high-voltage resistant epoxy board inside the cabinet provides insulation for power distribution devices, helping to prevent short circuits and electrical arcs. The pressure relief valve on the flange door releases internal pressure in the event of an explosion, helping to protect the cabinet structure from damage. In contrast to ordinary industrial cabinets, it incorporates explosion-proof connectors and wiring terminals, which reduce potential ignition sources and enhance safety in hazardous environments.
With an overall dimension of 1800mm (height) × 800mm (width) × 600mm (depth), the cabinet has a net weight of 320kg. Its frame is made of high-strength cast aluminum, and the front panel is 2.0mm cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion spraying. The maximum static load capacity is 700kg, and the dynamic load capacity is 500kg. The explosion-proof exhaust fans have a total air volume of 2000m³/h, with a heat dissipation capacity of 8kW, operating at a temperature range of -30℃ to +55℃. The 8-way explosion-proof PDU supports 380V three-phase input, with overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection, and uses explosion-proof cable glands for wiring. The IP66 protection grade ensures that the cabinet is completely dust-tight and can withstand high-pressure water jets from any direction.

Mandatory for power equipment deployment in explosive hazardous environments. In chemical plants, it houses power distribution panels, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives, ensuring safe operation in areas with flammable chemical vapors. In coal mines, it is used to protect underground power distribution systems from coal dust and methane gas, preventing explosion accidents. In offshore oil platforms, it resists salt spray corrosion and provides explosion-proof protection for power supply devices, supporting oil drilling and production operations. It is also suitable for grain processing plants, where dust explosions are a risk, and for pharmaceutical factories handling flammable solvents. Additionally, it can be deployed in military explosive storage facilities to support power supply for security and monitoring systems.
