The cabinet’s modular structure allows users to customize power and cooling configurations based on their needs, adding or removing PDUs, cooling fans, or battery backup modules without modifying the main frame. The cloud-based monitoring system supports multi-device access, enabling IT managers to monitor and control cabinets across multiple locations from a single dashboard. The hot-swappable PDU and cooling modules can be replaced in less than 5 minutes, eliminating the need for system shutdown and critical business downtime. The variable-speed fans adjust their speed based on internal temperature, reducing energy consumption by up to 40% compared to fixed-speed fans. The IP54 protection grade resists dust and splashing water, making it suitable for semi-industrial environments like factory control rooms and university data centers.
With an overall dimension of 2000mm (height) × 800mm (width) × 600mm (depth), the cabinet provides 42U of installation space, compatible with standard 19-inch IT and power devices. Its main body is 2.0mm cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion epoxy spraying, meeting ISO 14001 environmental standards. The maximum static load capacity is 900kg, and the dynamic load capacity is 700kg. The cooling system consists of 3 variable-speed fans with a total air volume of 4500m³/h, achieving a heat dissipation capacity of 12kW. The 24-port PDU supports remote power on/off control for each port, with overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and integrates with the cloud platform for power usage statistics. The operating temperature range is -10℃ to +50℃, and the relative humidity tolerance is 10% to 90% (non-condensing).

Ideal for enterprise data centers, weak current engineering projects, and medium-sized IT rooms that require flexible deployment and intelligent management. In enterprise data centers, it supports the installation of servers, storage systems, and network switches, with modular scalability to accommodate business growth. For weak current engineering projects like office building wiring systems, it provides a centralized power distribution and monitoring solution for security cameras, access control systems, and lighting controls. In university research labs, it supports the deployment of experimental equipment with stable power supply and remote monitoring capabilities. It is also suitable for healthcare IT environments, where the hot-swappable design ensures uninterrupted power supply for critical medical systems. Additionally, it can be used in retail chain headquarters to manage IT equipment across multiple store locations via the cloud platform.
