This cabinet stands out with its dual-layer corrosion resistance system: the 2.0mm galvanized steel base provides structural strength, while the high-density fluorocarbon coating forms an airtight barrier against corrosive substances, passing 1000-hour salt spray testing without rusting. The integrated smart monitoring system supports remote access via mobile app, sending instant alarms for abnormal temperature, humidity, or power failures, helping maintenance teams respond to issues within 15 minutes. The adjustable mounting rails can accommodate devices of various sizes, and the built-in cable management trays eliminate messy wiring, reducing the risk of short circuits. Unlike ordinary outdoor cabinets, it uses variable-speed fans that consume 30% less energy while maintaining stable internal temperatures, solving the pain points of high energy consumption and frequent equipment failures in extreme outdoor conditions.

The cabinet has an overall dimension of 2000mm (height) × 800mm (width) × 600mm (depth), with a net weight of 180kg. Its main body is made of 2.0mm thick galvanized steel, and the surface is treated with electrostatic fluorocarbon spraying, with a coating thickness of 80μm. The maximum static load capacity reaches 800kg, and the dynamic load capacity is 600kg. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to +60℃, and the relative humidity tolerance is 5% to 95% (non-condensing). The heat dissipation system includes 2 side axial fans (each with an air volume of 1200m³/h) and top ventilation grilles, with a noise level below 55dB. It is equipped with a 12-way PDU with overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and the door lock is a stainless steel anti-pry structure with a waterproof seal ring.

Ideal for outdoor power distribution scenarios where equipment safety and stability are critical. In outdoor substations, it houses distribution transformers, voltage regulators, and monitoring devices, protecting them from extreme weather and vandalism. For 5G communication base stations, it provides a secure enclosure for baseband units, power supply modules, and battery packs, ensuring uninterrupted signal transmission in remote areas. In new energy charging pile systems, it manages the power distribution for multiple charging terminals, preventing short circuits and overheating caused by outdoor dust and rain. It is also widely used in highway monitoring stations, railway signal posts, and offshore wind power supporting facilities, adapting to various high-demand outdoor environments.
