The integrated ventilation grille with a dust-proof net balances internal and external air pressure while blocking 99% of dust particles, effectively reducing the risk of overheating of internal electrical components. It supports both wall-mounted and floor-standing installation, adapting to different site layouts, and the internal DIN rails enable quick assembly of electrical components. Additionally, the anti-static surface coating prevents electrostatic damage to sensitive devices, solving the pain points of electrical equipment failure caused by harsh outdoor environments such as rain, corrosion, and dust.

The enclosure is made of 3mm thick high-strength carbon steel, with a double-layer coating of hot-dip galvanization and electrostatic spray, the coating thickness is ≥80μm, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. It supports a rated voltage of 380V AC and a rated current of 100A, meeting the power supply needs of medium and large industrial equipment. The protection grade is IP67, fully complying with the IEC 60529 standard, and the impact resistance grade is IK10. The waterproof seal is a 3mm thick silicone rubber gasket with a compression rate of ≥30%, maintaining tight sealing in temperature changes from -40℃ to +85℃. The ventilation grille has an area of ≥150cm², equipped with a 0.5mm aperture dust-proof net, achieving IP5X dust protection.
