The pole uses Q355D weather-resistant steel, which forms a dense protective rust layer in outdoor environments, reducing corrosion rate by 40% compared to ordinary Q355B steel, making it ideal for coastal salt fog areas and high-altitude cold regions. The triple surface protection of hot-dip galvanization, epoxy primer, and fluorocarbon coating provides long-term resistance to UV radiation, acid rain, and industrial pollution, extending the service life to 35 years. The three-layer adjustable mounting platforms can be customized in height and size to fit different 5G equipment models, with each platform capable of bearing up to 160kg of load. The built-in cable management channel integrates power and signal cables, reducing cable exposure and preventing damage from wind and rain. Additionally, the pole is equipped with a lightning protection down conductor with a grounding resistance of ≤5Ω, protecting 5G equipment from lightning strikes.
The pole has an overall height of 18000mm, with a tapered octagonal cross-section ranging from 400mm at the base to 250mm at the top, and a uniform wall thickness of 8mm. The pile foundation requires a φ800mm reinforced concrete pile with a depth of 4000mm, ensuring stability in soft soil areas. Each mounting platform measures 1200*800mm, made of 6mm thick steel plate with hot-dip galvanization treatment, and is adjustable in height within a 500mm range. The total weight of the pole is approximately 1100kg, with a maximum total load capacity of 500kg. The fluorocarbon coating has a thickness of ≥60μm, with a gloss retention rate of ≥90% after 10 years of outdoor exposure. The product complies with YD/T 1536-2007 communication tower technical standards and GB/T 4171-2008 weather-resistant steel specifications.
