This product has three core competitive advantages for highway scenarios: First, it adopts Q355B high-strength alloy steel with a uniform wall thickness of 6mm, which has a yield strength of ≥355MPa, and its maximum load-bearing capacity reaches 60kg, fully meeting the support needs of heavy-duty speed-measuring cameras and toll collection systems. Second, its Grade 14 wind resistance rating can resist wind speeds up to 160km/h, which is suitable for open highway sections with strong crosswinds, ensuring no deformation or collapse under extreme typhoon conditions. Third, the hot-dip galvanization + polyester powder spraying double-layer anti-corrosion treatment with zinc layer thickness ≥90μm and powder coating thickness ≥70μm extends the service life to 35 years, which is 2 times longer than ordinary highway poles, greatly reducing later maintenance costs. In addition, the professional lightning protection system with grounding resistance ≤3Ω can effectively prevent lightning strikes from damaging expensive monitoring equipment, reducing equipment replacement costs.

The Heavy-Duty Highway Surveillance Pole adopts a tapered structure with an overall height of 8m, top diameter of 165mm, bottom diameter of 350mm, and uniform wall thickness of 6mm, made of Q355B high-strength alloy steel that meets national standard GB/T 1591-2018. The flange base is a circular structure with a diameter of 500mm and thickness of 25mm, equipped with 10 M24 high-strength fixing bolts, requiring a concrete foundation of 1.5m × 1.5m × 1.8m for installation. The surface treatment process includes hot-dip galvanization (zinc layer adhesion ≥70N/cm) and polyester powder spraying, meeting anti-corrosion standard GB/T 13912-2002. The professional lightning protection system includes a 2m tall lightning rod and a dedicated grounding network, with grounding resistance ≤3Ω, meeting national lightning protection standard GB 50057-2010. The total weight of the pole is about 125kg, and it can resist heavy snow loads up to 0.5kN/㎡, ensuring stable operation in cold winter regions. All structural parameters are verified by professional structural load testing to meet highway infrastructure safety standards.

This surveillance pole is specifically designed for high-speed traffic monitoring scenarios: In expressway toll stations, it can be paired with ETC toll collection cameras and license plate recognition systems to provide high-precision vehicle identification and toll collection support, improving the efficiency of toll collection lanes. In highway interchanges and long-distance expressways, it can be installed in open sections to support speed-measuring dome cameras, which can monitor vehicle speeds in real time and capture illegal speeding behaviors, helping traffic police departments maintain traffic order and reduce traffic accidents. In urban ring roads and expressway entrances/exits, it can be paired with traffic flow detectors to collect real-time traffic volume data, helping traffic management departments optimize traffic signal timing and reduce traffic congestion. It is also suitable for bridge and tunnel entrances, providing stable support for monitoring cameras to detect overloaded vehicles and ensure the safety of bridge and tunnel structures. Its high load-bearing and wind-resistant design ensures that it can operate stably in various complex highway environments.
