This product has three core competitive advantages to solve urban monitoring pain points: First, the built-in IoT module supports 4G/5G dual-mode wireless data transmission, enabling real-time interconnection between monitoring cameras, environmental sensors, and the urban management platform, which solves the problem of isolated data and low management efficiency of traditional single-function poles. Second, it adopts Q355B high-strength alloy steel with a uniform wall thickness of 4mm, which can bear a maximum load of 40kg, and its Grade 12 wind resistance rating ensures no deformation or collapse under typhoon conditions with wind speeds up to 118km/h. Third, the double-layer anti-corrosion treatment of hot-dip galvanization (zinc layer thickness ≥85μm) and fluorocarbon spraying (coating thickness ≥60μm) meets national anti-corrosion standards, extending the service life to 30 years, which is 2-3 times longer than ordinary spray-coated poles, greatly reducing later replacement and maintenance costs. In addition, the pre-installed lightning protection grounding kit with grounding resistance ≤4Ω effectively prevents lightning damage to connected devices, ensuring system stability.

The Smart IoT City Surveillance Pole adopts a tapered structure with an overall height of 6m, top diameter of 140mm, bottom diameter of 280mm, and uniform wall thickness of 4mm, complying with national standard GB/T 1591-2018 for high-strength steel. The flange base is a circular structure with a diameter of 400mm and thickness of 20mm, equipped with 8 M20 high-strength fixing bolts to ensure stable connection with concrete foundations. The surface treatment process includes hot-dip galvanization (zinc layer adhesion ≥65N/cm) and fluorocarbon spraying, meeting anti-corrosion standard GB/T 13912-2002. The built-in IoT gateway supports data transmission rates up to 1Gbps, compatible with mainstream monitoring protocols such as ONVIF and RTSP. The total weight of the pole is about 65kg, and the installation requires a concrete foundation of 1.2m × 1.2m × 1.5m. The lightning protection system meets national standard GB 50057-2010, effectively isolating lightning current to protect connected monitoring equipment.

This surveillance pole is widely applicable to multiple smart city scenarios: In urban main roads and intersections, it can be paired with AI HD dome cameras to realize functions such as automatic license plate recognition, traffic flow statistics, and illegal behavior capture, helping traffic management departments monitor road conditions in real time, optimize signal timing, and reduce traffic congestion. In commercial complexes and pedestrian streets, it can be equipped with PM2.5 sensors, noise monitors, and emergency call terminals to provide real-time environmental data and emergency alarm services, enhancing the safety and comfort of public spaces for merchants and pedestrians. In smart industrial parks, it can connect with perimeter intrusion detection cameras and access control systems to form a closed-loop security management system, preventing unauthorized entry and protecting park assets. It is also suitable for municipal public spaces such as parks and squares, providing video monitoring and public broadcast services to maintain public order. Its modular design supports customized expansion of functional modules according to different scenario needs, with strong scalability.
