The mirror polished surface meets the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries, avoiding the adhesion of bacteria and impurities, and is easy to clean and sterilize. The quick-clamp connection design allows for quick disassembly and assembly, facilitating pipeline cleaning and maintenance. The 316L stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, adapting to a variety of acidic and alkaline food and pharmaceutical fluids. It complies with FDA, 3-A and ISO9001 certifications, meeting the international hygiene and quality standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries. The precise dimensional tolerance ensures seamless matching with supporting sanitary pipelines, avoiding medium leakage.

The nominal size range is DN15 to DN100, with applicable outer diameters from 19mm to 102mm. The nominal pressure covers PN10 to PN16, suitable for low and medium-pressure sanitary pipeline systems. The maximum working temperature ranges from -10℃ to +150℃, adapting to high-temperature food and pharmaceutical processing environments. The product weight varies from 0.15kg for DN15 specifications to 3.2kg for DN100 specifications. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm to ensure accurate quick-clamp matching. The quick-clamp port conforms to the international standard SMS clamp specification.

It is mainly used in food processing production lines, beverage filling production lines, pharmaceutical manufacturing workshops and other sanitary pipeline systems. It can be used for connecting sanitary stainless steel pipelines, changing the 90-degree direction of the pipeline to adapt to the layout of the workshop. It is also suitable for dairy processing pipelines, beer brewing pipelines and other food and beverage production pipelines, providing hygienic and reliable connection support for fluid transmission.
