This product adopts pickling and passivation surface treatment to form a dense protective film, effectively preventing corrosion of the metal surface by media. The socket weld connection method provides higher connection strength than threaded connections, reducing the possibility of leakage during long-term use. It complies with international standards such as ISO9001 and ASME B16.11, ensuring product quality consistency. The precise dimensional tolerance ensures seamless matching with supporting pipelines, avoiding installation errors. It can adapt to a variety of media, including water, oil and weak corrosive fluids, meeting the pipeline connection needs of different industrial scenarios.

The nominal size range is DN15 to DN100, with applicable outer diameters from 18mm to 114mm. The nominal pressure covers PN16 to PN63, suitable for different pressure level pipeline systems. The maximum working temperature ranges from -20℃ to +200℃, adapting to most conventional industrial temperature environments. The product weight varies from 0.2kg for DN15 specifications to 5.6kg for DN100 specifications. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm to ensure accurate installation. The socket weld port is matched with seamless steel pipes or welded steel pipes, and the surface has no burrs or defects after processing.

It is mainly used in high-pressure fluid transmission pipelines in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries, used to change the 90-degree direction of pipelines. It is suitable for connecting seamless steel pipes, welded steel pipes and other types of pipelines, and can be used in process pipelines, instrument pipelines and auxiliary pipeline systems in factories. It can also be used in water supply and drainage systems of industrial parks, providing reliable connection support for industrial fluid transportation.
